Intellectual Property Law examines the legal protection, exploitation and enforcement of rights
arising from intellectual creations, commercial identifiers, technological innovations, creative works
and commercially valuable information. The course covers Nigerian, regional and international
intellectual property regimes, with particular attention to copyright, patents, industrial designs,
trademarks, trade secrets, unfair competition and related rights.
