In this course, the students will learn concept of groupware, business operations and also understand various groupware applications. They will learn how to explore working environment for business opportunities using groupware packages, ethical issues associated with social networking and other groupware packages will also be taught to the students. The course will be executed through a combination of lectures, assignments and tests or quizzes.
